Job Description

On-site customer satisfaction representative position. Answer written and oral inquiries; address customers’ complaints or concerns; answer inquiries and provide information to customers; explain the type and cost of services offered; issue receipts and other forms.

• Location: Moncton, New Brunswick
• Wage: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Permanent, Full-time

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
• English
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
