Cloverdale Paint is seeking an ambitious individual for a *full-time* position with *open* *availability *at our store in *Nanaimo, BC. *
Weekend availability is a requirement for this role.

Wage is negotiable depending on previous experience.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Answering basic customer inquiries in person and by phone
* Determining and recommending products to customers ensuring the customer is supplied with all items required for their project
* Tinting & shaking paint
* Be able to key in sales and operate basic functions of the POS system
*REQUIREMENTS*
* At least 1-year of Retail Sales and/or Paint Industry experience
* Ability to lift up to *70 lb regularly*
* *Ability to stand for long periods of time*
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good communication skills
* Strong problem solving skills
* Team player
* Strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude
*Physical Demands of Position*
The essential function of this position involves physical duties, including the regular lifting, carrying, and moving of paint containers and related products weighing up to 70 pounds individually or with appropriate lifting equipment when required.
The successful candidate must be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, in accordance with applicable human rights legislation.
