*CARSTAR HAWKESTONE *is a dedicated auto body shop that has provided stellar service for our clientele and community for 20+years. We specialize in restoring vehicles to pre-accident conditions. We partner closely with major insurance providers and rental companies to deliver seamless, stress-free repair experiences. We are seeking an organized, empathetic communicator to manage our front desk and navigate the auto insurance claims process for our clients.
*Position Overview*
* *Job Type:* Full-time, Permanent
* *Location:* Mississauga, ON (On-site)
* *Salary Range:* $19-24/HR (Conditional on Experience)
* *Schedule:* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM ? 5:30 PM (Tentative)
*What You?ll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)*
* *Welcoming Guests:* Greet customers warmly, listen to their stories, and make them feel at ease.
* *Guiding the Claims Journey:* Support estimators with documentation and resolve customer queries using FAQs.
* *Insurance Teamwork:* Chat regularly with insurance adjusters to update claims and customers throughout the process.
* *Keeping Clients in the Loop:* Act as the friendly voice updating vehicle owners on their repair timelines.
* *Handling Wrap-Ups:* Process insurance payouts, collect deductibles, and ensure paperwork is perfectly complete.
* *Managing Logistics:* Keep things moving smoothly by arranging rental cars and coordinating pick-ups.
* *Accounts Receivable: *Work as a team to prepare and collect outstanding payments.
*What We?re Looking For (Requirements)*
* *People Person: *Comfortable handling multiple in person customer interactions
* *Telephone Etiquette:* Handling multiple phone lines when required with composure
* *Workflow Management:* Capable handling multiple on-going tasks.
* *Computer Background:* Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Quickbooks would be considered an asset. Familiarity with estimating software like Mitchell, Audatex, and Repair Center would be considered a bonus.

Experience in this position and industry would be ideal but not required. Full training would be provided. Our team of experienced staff are more than willing to assist and guide the right candidate.
