Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience : 2 years’ experience required
Duties
· Oversee, plan and schedule drywall finishers and installer (taping, mudding, sanding, texturing).
· Plan daily work activities and coordinate with other trades and subcontractors
· Inspect drywall finishing work to ensure quality standards, codes, and specifications are met
· Identify and resolve on-site work issues; improve productivity and finish quality
· Requisition and manage materials, tools, and supplies
· Train workers, apprentices, and labourers on finishing techniques and safety procedures
· Enforce safety rules, company policies, and work procedures
· Prepare progress reports, including job status and labour/material usage
· May oversee multiple job sites or manage drywall finishing operations
