Job Description
On-site farm labourer – harvesting position. Apply fertilizers; clear fields of wood and stones; cut agricultural seed according to farm standards; divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots; harvest seedlings; seed cutting; clean work area; fertilize and spray crops; harvest crops; load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry; operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
