Responsibilities:
– Take customer orders and process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system
– Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
– Ensure food is stored and handled properly to maintain safety and sanitation standards
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
– Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
– Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
– Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food handling, cooking techniques, and safety protocols
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train staff members
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
– Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
– Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
– Basic math skills for calculating orders, payments, and inventory counts
