Job Description
We?re looking for someone to join our awesome team as a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express in Bowmanville.

*Things you would be required to do:*
* Check- in guests in and out of hotel
* Book reservations for individuals, families and groups as required
* Provide excellent customer service as per hotel and Brand standards
* Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk
* Schedule services, such as taxi pick-ups, when guests inquire
* Refer guests to local amenities and venues
* Communicate guests? requests and complaints to the appropriate department
*The Ideal candidate should have*
* Front Office experience
* Must be quick on their feet
* If you speak multiple languages, it would definitely be an asset
* You should be neat, professional and well groomed
* You should possess strong organization time management skills, attentive to details
* If you have previous experience with computers in a service related position, it would be awesome
* You should be able to stand for extended periods of time
* You should possess excellent communication skills
* Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential
*\*\*Please note you must be able to work Shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays*
