Job Description
On-site general farm worker – harvesting position. Apply the technique of hoeing between the row; clean the crops; clear fields of wood and stones; cut agricultural crops; dose water saturation, light and temperature as instructed for crop growth and development; grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market; greenhouse cleaning; hand harvesting vegetables; pack fruits and vegetables; pick row and orchard crops; plant, cultivate and irrigate crops; weeding; harvest crops; operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
