*About the Role*:
As a Guest Services Agent, you?ll be the first smile our guests see and the last goodbye they receive. Your mission is to make every interaction seamless, efficient, and memorable! Here?s what you?ll be doing:
– Deliver top-notch service at check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest?s stay
– Process reservation, cancellation, and modification requests with ease
– Handle all customer requests with professionalism and tact using the HEART Model of service recovery
– Must be available to work weekends. Shifts will be 3PM-11PM
-Scheduling will be flexible for the right candidate. Primary hours are 7AM-3:30PM and 3PM-11PM.
*What We?re Looking For:*
– You?re passionate about customer service and delivering an exceptional guest experience
– Empathy and a positive attitude are second nature to you
– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Strong memory for remembering promotions and processes
– Previous experience working Front Desk in a hotel and 2+ years in a customer-facing role
– Availability 3 to 4 times a week between 7Am to 11PM
*Qualifications:*
– Grade 12 or equivalent (education is key, but your personality is the star!)
– Open availability is preferred since you?ll be working varying shifts shifts from 7am 11-pm weekdays
