*About Us*
Oruma Restaurant is a growing Indian/Kerala cuisine restaurant known for authentic flavors, quality service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team.
*Job Responsibilities*
* Assist chefs with basic food preparation (cutting, cleaning, portioning)
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
* Help with receiving and storing inventory
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
* Support team during busy service hours
*Requirements*
* Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset (not mandatory)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Physically able to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 kg
* Flexible availability (weekends & evenings required)
