We are currently hiring for the following positions
* Line / Prep Cook
We are looking for responsible, hardworking individuals who are ready to grow with our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
*Requirements:*
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a team
* Kitchen experience is preferred
* Reliable and punctual, able to work weekend
Responsibilities:
* Cook and assemble pho, rice dishes, vermicelli, appetizers and other menu items.
* Set up and restock assigned kitchen stations before service.
* Wash, peel, cut and portion vegetables and herbs.
* Restock kitchen stations during service.
* Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment.
* Keep preparation tables, shelves, floors and storage areas clean.
* Remove garbage, recycling and grease safely.
* Receive and organize food deliveries when required.
* Help with opening and closing kitchen duties.
* Follow food-safety, sanitation and workplace-safety procedures.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Education:
* Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
* Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
* English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Food Handler Certification (preferred)
* Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
