*Duties*
* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
* Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
* Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service
* Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing multiple stations and assisting with plating and presentation
* Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management for restocking
* Follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for everyone
*Experience*
* Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment is advantageous
* Knowledge of food safety standards, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
* Experience in serving guests or working directly with customers is a plus, demonstrating excellent communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
