*Line Cook*
The Fredericton Inn is looking for a *full-time, skilled evening line cook* to join our growing culinary team. If you are looking for a friendly environment with great co-workers or looking to grow your culinary career… We want to meet you! Line cook experience preferred.
*As a Line Cook, You Will*
* Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
* Cook menu items in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff
* Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
* Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
* Clean kitchen and work area
* Follow all policies and procedures
* Work alongside the restaurant team to provide a memorable guest experience
*Qualifications:*
* 2+ years of kitchen experience
* Ability to work under pressure
* Experience with all areas of the kitchen including the grill and fryer
* Solid communication skills
* Loves to work on a team
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently
