Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and customer service driven individual with a minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management to lead our existing team.
Responsibilities of the position:
Restaurant Managers take on many responsibilities, including effectively recruiting, scheduling and managing employees, overseeing operations, handling customer complaints, and generating financial reports. Other important aspects of a Restaurant Manager?s duties are to ensure health and safety regulations and manage inventory.

A successful Restaurant Manager has to be able to run the business smoothly and treat customers with respect and understanding. In addition, they should have patience, remain calm under pressure, handle employee conflict in a professional manner, have excellent customer service skills, be successful at planning, and have a sense of effective marketing strategies.
