Wage: $30.50 per hour, lodging, fuel and food are all provided

Skills/Requirements: Previous waterfowl guiding experience
· Ability to call ducks & geese
· Be physically fit and be able to work long hours
· Have a trained retrieving dog, or experience with retrieving dogs
· Be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days)
· Be willing to work outdoors
· Be self motivated
· Have a good attitude and relate well to clients
· Participate in setting up and breaking down spreads
· Be able to read RM maps
· Have a clean driver’s record
