Job Description
*Job Summary*
Be part of a professional, high-volume kitchen. You?ll execute menu items to brand standards for Famous Peppers, work cleanly, and move quickly during service.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare pizza dough from scratch or pre-made bases, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Select and assemble fresh ingredients and toppings according to established recipes and customer preferences.
* Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
* Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene.
* Support the overall food service process by assisting with meal preparation, plating, and serving when needed.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
