Job Description
On-site restaurant manager position. Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies; monitor staff performance; plan and organize daily operations; recruit staff; balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms; organize and maintain inventory; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; participate in marketing plans and implementation; address customers’ complaints or concerns.

Requirements
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- English
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- ProServe program
