Job Description
On-site restaurant manager position. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits; monitor staff performance; recruit staff; supervise staff; train staff; determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; address customers’ complaints or concerns; plan and control budget and inventory; develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.

Requirements
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
