Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits; evaluate daily operations; monitor staff performance; set staff work schedules; conduct performance reviews; organize and maintain inventory; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; address customers’ complaints or concerns; provide customer service.
