Responsibilities
Tasks
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Managing payroll and approving staff timesheets.
- Train new and current employees in proper customer service practices
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Provide great customer service
