Job Description

On-site retail store supervisor position. Assign sales workers to duties; order merchandise; authorize return of merchandise; prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters; address customers’ complaints or concerns; train staff; supervise staff; perform opening and closing activities; maintain internal record-keeping system; maintain adequate stock levels; obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers; maintain sales records for inventory control; assist in display of merchandise; set staff work schedules; monitor staff performance.

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
• English
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
