Job Description
On-site retail store supervisor position. Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.); teach interest or professional development courses; exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions; order merchandise; establish work schedules; prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters; resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages; organize and maintain inventory; manage cash; conduct performance reviews; supervise office and volunteer staff; design bouquets and select natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories to create arrangements or other floral items.

Requirements
- College/CEGEP
