JOB DETAILS
– Location: Calgary, AB, T2P 0H6
– Work location: On site
– Salary: 36.00 to 40.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
– Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full time; Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
– Starts: As Soon As Possible
– Vacancies: 2 vacancies
– Required Languages: English
– Required Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– Required Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
– Work Type: On site. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
– Work Site Environment: Odours, Hot
– Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
– Establish methods to meet work schedules
– Requisition food and kitchen supplies
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
– Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Prepare and submit reports
– Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
– Establish work schedules
– Supervise 1 to 4 people; Food service counter attendants and food preparers; Kitchen and food service helpers; Staff in various areas of responsibility
